Q.  Is RIVER PAINT licensed, bonded and insured?

A.   RIVER PAINT is licensed, bonded and insured.

 

Q.  In which states is RIVER PAINT licensed, bonded & insured?

A.   In Oklahoma.

Q.  How long have your crew members been working for you and does RIVER PAINT hire day labors?

A.   We do not hire day laborers. We feel it is very important not only to treat our customers right but also our staff. Our crew members are dependable, honest and respectful.

 

Q.  If I accept your estimate, who will be in charge of my job?

A.   Every job has a supervisor that works along with the crew each day. The supervisor is in charge of all crew members, handles daily communication with the customer and makes sure the job is completed according to the contract.  The job supervisor is NOT responsible for collecting payments.

 

Q.  If the job supervisor can't answer my questions, what can I do?

A.   Please always feel free to contact our office during business hours for any questions you may have. 

 

Q.  When I call your office, will I get an answering machine?

A.   Our office staff is available Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm. If by chance you reach our voicemail, please leave a message. All calls are returned promptly during business hours. Messages left after hours will be returned on the next business day.

Q.  What time can I expect the crew to arrive each day?

A.  The jobs start at 7am unless otherwise requested.

 

Q.  What is your guarantee?

A.   All work is guaranteed against peeling. Interior painting is guaranteed for one year. Exterior painting is guaranteed from one to three years and the exact length of the guarantee is written on the contract. For full guarantee details, please refer to your contract or contact our office.

 

Q.  What are your payment terms?

A.   Payment Terms are set at the time of the Written Contract.
